December meeting:
A few of the Genksters got together for a meeting in December where the general structure and overview for Genki 2009 was set. Furthermore, the planning was separated into phases with deadlines for each phase so that we (the Management Group) a certain about how far along each of the groups are on these specific dates.
New venues for Genki 2011 were also discussed as Genki is growing with tremendous speed and Valby Kulturhus would be far too crowded if a doubling of the expected number of guests for Genki 2010 were to occur in 2011.
