Sleeping Spots

The spots are first come, first serve, and you may only reserve a spot AFTER your payment has been confirmed; if you try to reserve a spot before then, it will be deleted. This is to prevent spaces from being occupied by people who only might come.

If you haven’t received a payment confirmation mail no later than 3 bank days after having paid, then please write an email to info@genki.dk with your name, your Genki ID number and the last 4 digits of your bank account number, and we will check with the bank as soon as possible.

NB! Due to Danish law, we are obligated to have people’s personal identification numbers, as we have to send a list of all the people spending the night at Genki to the municipal. We would however like to point out that the server used for this is SSL encrypted (as required by Danish law) and that the information will not be passed on.
